Chris Hailey is a Co-Founder of OS3 (YC S26), a robotics company building semi-humanoid robots for real physical labor — pairing in-house hardware with AI models, with early deployments in hospitality. He previously co-founded Observee, which built integration infrastructure for vertical-AI companies: a single API and marketplace of 1,000+ Model Context Protocol (MCP) integrations for AI agents. Before founding these companies, Hailey worked as a software engineer at Coinbase. He holds a computer science degree from USC.
