Rishi Mandal is the Co-Founder and CEO of Future, a digital fitness platform that pairs members with expert human coaches for personalized training; in 2025 Future merged with Autograph. Mandal previously founded Sosh (acquired by Postmates), held product roles at Google and Slide, and was an entrepreneur-in-residence at Khosla Ventures. He studied astrophysics at Stanford University.
