Omar Hamade is the Founder and CEO of Hawala, a fintech building financial infrastructure that connects the Middle East and North Africa to global markets — offering digital USD and EUR wallets, instant transfers to 200+ countries, and a forthcoming card and interest-free savings product; it raised a $3M round. Hamade previously worked in business development and finance at Genentech. He holds a B.S. from Santa Clara University, was a Schwarzman Scholar at Tsinghua University, and studied at Harvard Business School.
