Neil Movva is the Co-Founder and CEO of Sail Research, an inference platform built for long-horizon AI agents that run for hours or days, designed as one system from the silicon up to the sandbox. Sail raised $80M across a seed led by Sequoia and a Series A led by Kleiner Perkins, and powers agent workloads at companies including Parallel Web Systems. Movva previously led GPU kernel performance work at Together AI, co-founded the privacy-focused AI startup Blyss (YC W23), and worked on the Apple Neural Engine. He holds BS and MS degrees in electrical engineering from Stanford.
